What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience?
Adventure calls in this brand new event concept, where you will lose yourself into the thrilling world of Stranger Things. It's an immersive adventure that takes you back to 1985, where you journey through Hawkins and unlock hidden secrets from the safety of your own car!
Where is the event located?
The event will take place at Skylight ROW DTLA - 777 S Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA, 90021.
Get directions. Located on the edge of the expanding Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, ROW DTLA is LA’s most electrifying district with over 35+retailers, restaurants, wellness concepts, and creative office spaces.
How long is the experience?
You will enjoy over 1 hour of this immersive experience!
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes, you can interact with the performers - all interactions will be done in a creative way from inside your car without needing to open the window!
Is it a "drive it yourself"?
Yes. You don't need extraordinary driving skills. You will drive your car through an immersive environment and park while scenes play out. So you can sit back and enjoy the action.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivities.
Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and soft drinks will be available to buy at the start of the event. Menus and availability may vary by session and is contingent on a prompt arrival. To maintain social distancing measures, orders will be taken via an online system. - And details on the order mechanism will be sent via email to the ticket buyer in advance.-
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience. Look out for further opportunities to buy before you arrive!

Will Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience be coming to other cities?
Right now the experience will be in Los Angeles only, but nothing is out of the question in the future.

Where can I get tickets?
- On the Fever app, available on Google Play and Apple Store.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event as we need to ensure the cars are properly allocated within each session. All tickets will be sold online.
What are the different ticket options?
Tickets are sold per car. Depending on the number of occupants per car you are planning to attend with, you will have the option to purchase for 2, 3, 4 or 5 to 7 people (subject to the maximum legal capacity of your vehicle). The two person car ticket is the base. There are two ticket options:
Standard Access, including:

VIP Access, including:

- Dedicated team to welcome you in

What if I need to add additional passengers to my current ticket?
You can add more people from your social bubble to your car. Tickets will be only valid if presented along with your main ticket per car for 2, 3 or 4 people. The limit of guests per car depends on your car's maximum legal capacity. To purchase additional passenger tickets click

What is your refund/exchange policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. In case of applicable government restrictions or recommendations which result in a cancellation or delay of the experience, we will help with refunds or rescheduling tickets. Please
contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from
Google Play and
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.
Can I pay my ticket with cash?
No, cash payment will not be possible. All tickets will be sold online.
Access
Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This event is recommended for ages 13+. Younger children may come at their parents' discretion and will be charged as passengers.
Is there additional parking nearby for non-participants?
Yes, there is paid parking at the venue.
What is the dress code?
Dressing for the occasion is highly encouraged. Ticket holders will be given exclusive access to the Hawkins Online Portal preparing you for the evening.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter Hawkins at the correct time.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers may not be admitted.

What should I bring with me?
A car with a radio that has the ability to tune into FM. And don't forget your friends.

Note: We do not tolerate Fighting / Taunting / Threatening Remarks or Gestures towards cast members.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in this event’s location. The only exceptions are service animals.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking is not permitted on the premises whether inside or outside your vehicle. We ask that you are also respectful of other guests and the property.
Is alcohol permitted at the experience?
The experience is enjoyed from a moving vehicle, so an 'open container of alcohol' is strictly prohibited by law. Anyone found drinking in their vehicle of visibly intoxicated will be removed from the premises immediately without the possibility of a refund. No exceptions.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Restrooms will be available at the start of the experience and operate with social distancing measures. Please note there are no restrooms after this point. Please only leave your car if you need to use the restroom, avoid leaving the car in groups, and queue at 6 ft intervals. Exceptions for people accompanying a young child or a vulnerable person.
What happens if I need assistance or want to make an emergency exit mid show?
Please alert our friendly staff, present throughout the experience, and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately you will not be able to reenter the experience if you leave early.
Can the experience be done without a car?
No.
Are there any vehicles which are not permitted?
The following will not be granted access to the event: Bicycles, motorcycles or scooters, convertibles without roof or doors, cars with trailer attachments, minibuses (7+ seats), buses, RVs, limos, long wheelbase vans and HGVs.
Is there a restriction on the height of vehicles?
Yes, all vehicles must be under 7' in height to enter the experience.
Can I coordinate my booking with another car?
You can purchase multiple tickets for the same time session, as long as there is availability, although the specific position of each car within the group cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if it rains?
We are open rain or shine but please note: some show modifications may be implemented in the event of severe weather conditions.
Miscellaneous
Is it COVID secure and safe?
This experience was designed to accommodate measures that mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19. It will not dampen the fun but we put the safety of our guests and staff first. You do not need to leave your vehicle - we advise you to stay in the car for the duration of the event.
Should I wear a mask?
Masks are mandatory when leaving the car or when any of your windows are down (please note windows should be up at all times except for when staff indicates otherwise, including in order to deliver F&B or merchandise to you).
Can I roll down my windows?

Can I take photos or record the experience?
There are lots of opportunities to take photos when upon your arrival to the Starcourt Mall. After that, you will be asked to put your camera down to enhance the experience and focus on the sights around you. We'd love you to keep the secrets of Hawkins to yourself, so we don't spoil the surprise for future guests.
